Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live, and to provide you the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

 

- How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by our trusted partner shipping company, or e-Packet Delivery, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS or UPS.

 

- Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide shipping to over 165 countries around the globe. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

  

- How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping for orders over $50 is FREE!

For most countries, if it’s under $50, the cost depends on the weight of the package. See the table below:

0 – 1 lbs

$5 - $7

1 – 2 lbs

$7 - $9

>2 lbs

$10 - $12

 

If you're located in one of the below counties, please add $5 to the quote above: Cyprus, Malta, South Africa, Chile, Colombia, Peru.

The easiest way to check shipping cost is to add the products you want into the cart and enter your address on checkout page to calculate specific shipping cost.

 

- How long does shipping take?

Handling and dispatch processing time: 1 -3 business days.

Shipping time varies by locations. These are our estimates:

 Note: All shipping time excludes unexpected customs delays.

The estimates in the table above apply to most of our products. However, if the dimensional weight of a product is larger than its actual weight, it will be sent through ePacket. The estimated delivery time is 10 days longer on average for packages sent through ePacket. When this is applicable for a product, it will be noted in the product description.

 

- Do I need to pay import duties?

Some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the country of receipt.

 Please note, we are aware of the new EU VAT rules. You’ll be charged in the store and we’ll pay the duties upfront, so no further action will be required from you when the package arrives in your country.

  

- Do you provide tracking information?

 Yes, you will receive an email that contains the tracking number once your package ships.
