If your goods do not work as described or arrive damaged, simply email our customer support team at email@example.com for a full refund, including transportation costs. Please describe the issue, include your order number, and include pictures if possible, within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will work to redress the issue with you, to your satisfaction, within 3 days.
If your product does not arrive defective or damaged, and you are not returning because of dissatisfaction - because we are a small business, please, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it unworn and unused, and in its original packaging, also within 14 days. In this case, the shipping cost you paid is not refundable, but the return shipping is on us.
To start a return, simply email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the reason for your return, include photos if possible.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds on your account. You’ll get the full refund of the price you paid for the products, but the shipping cost you paid is NOT refundable. However, there is no extra charge on returns. That is to say, the return cost is on US.
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: email@example.com.
After 24 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
